Have just arrived to Farnborough a few weeks ago. I was searching for a car to be able to travel around. After endless internet surfing selected a few options and visited a few places. Hours and hours of travelling by trains/buses/walking. At the end: cars looking great at pics, turn out to be simply either aesthetically or mechanically not sound. Finally, spotted a local car dealer and decided to visit. Consequent second and third visits. Alan Samuel showed me a few cars in great detail. He patiently answered my numerous questions. We have just bought a Ford S Max from Tower Hill Garage after having been recommended by a neighbour. We have four children and were really open minded as to which seven seater to go for. The salesmen were really helpful, understanding our needs and having a great knowledge of the cars in stock (which we found really helpful as it helped to narrow the choice down). Credit to Tower Hill staff where its due, you made our buying experience a really pleasant one. The younger children loved the box of cars in the office to play with too! Wonderful customer service. I just bought a Ford Fiesta ztech and after dealing with suzuki salesman and Suzuki finance for years, driving for twenty and buying cars all over Europe, I can safely say that I would never go anywhere else for a car other than Tower Hill garage.

The car is perfect, the finance and paperwork dealings were fast. And they absolutely covered every possible angle to make it as easy as possible when I went to collect. The car was exactly as described, perfect and well looked after. Tower Hill in Farnborough was a Two hour journey for me, that’s how desperate I was to buy from them, along with their great reviews, which actually hardly do them justice, they are a small ‘family’ business who take care of their customers and cars.

I am adding to this review because Tower Hill have exceeded in their customer care. They gave me some advice after calling with a problem as I live a couple of hours away. However the issue persisted so I took it to my local garage to be looked over. After realising my car needed immediate work doing I called Tower Hill and they took into consideration my distance / inconvenience and authorised the job being done through my local garage as a one off with my car still under their warranty. My local garage were amazed by how smoothly and honestly Tower Hill had processed everything and said they would also recommend them.

UPDATE: took the car I bought back to Tower Hill Garage Street a year later for MOT and Service and the excellent experience I had purchasing the car was replicated. Booked in quickly, price competitive and the staff friendly and professional. Worth noting in the 1st year of having the car there have been no problems at all and it passed the MOT and Service with no issues.

ORIGINAL: So impressed with Tower Hill Garage. I found the type of car I wanted in several garages but visiting Tower Hill made it an easy choice to buy from them. All of the staff were super friendly and very down to earth – absolutely no pushy sales people in sight. They were honest and very helpful with their advice. When I decided to purchase they made the process easy and totally stress free. They seem to be a garage that genuinely cares about their reputation and what their customers think of them. I couldn’t recommend them more and it will be the first garage I visit in the future if I’m in need again.

Fantastic experience at Tower Hill Garage! Paul was outstanding – even though he’s sold countless cars, he treated me with genuine respect and patience, ensuring I understood everything during my first car purchase (a reliable little Polo with low mileage). The process was smooth, not pushy, very easy, with clear communication throughout. I especially appreciated him going above and beyond to arrange delivery at the last minute when I had an insurance issue on pick-up day. All vehicles are immaculately cleaned after sale, come with a fresh clean MOT, and a full pre-delivery inspection. I also provided a list of a few things I wanted them to address and Paul informed me he’d already taken care of it all (and he had!). Highly recommend.

Very happy with the service! We brought our Dacia Duster from there, Paul was our salesman who was friendly and very helpful. We felt no pressure from them. And are very pleased with the turn around for the car. My only issue with them was we had a bolt missing from our battery, they happily sorted it, but I thought these things would have been checked and when taking it back, they asked if we had changed the battery, as if they hadn’t looked at it. Would highly recommend them, very good service.

Found the car i liked on Autotrader however it was 70 miles away, rang Towerhill and after a chat with Alan I arranged to drive over and view the car, I was not disappointed, it was exactly as promised, condition, mileage and all the features as advertised. During the test drive Alan noticed a small crack in the windscreen (which if I’m honest I missed) apologised and said it would be replaced before collection. I agreed to purchase the vehicle and collect it the following Friday, an issue on my part meant i couldn’t get over until the Saturday but when I arrived the vehicle had been serviced/MOT’ed and valeted to a high standard.
Alan was very friendly and professional and nothing seemed like too much bother, a really great car buying experience.
